A caravan park in Flintshire, North Wales has demonstrated a great act of kindness by raising over £2000 for the Aldery Hey Children’s Hospital. Fron Farm Caravan Park was the location of the charitable gesture and holiday makers have been holding fundraisers all season.
The cheque was presented to the Hospital by the park owners Ceri and Dylan Roberts at the end of the season. Speaking to a local newspaper Ceri was quoted as saying “Thank you to everyone who has been camping here at Fron Farm Caravan Park this season and supported this excellent cause."
The £2390 donation was raised through many different events at the park including cake baking sales, Halloween fancy dress as well as a royal wedding disco. The owners are looking forward to more fundraising next season.
