Our privately owned 8 berth caravan is a 3 bedroomed caravan with 2 toilets. It is situated near to the park and is a 5 minute walk away from the Funworks and pools. The comfortable lounge area has a gas fire and 32" TV, satelite box, DVD player with DVD's, xbox with xbox games and stereo system with CD's. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for 8 people. Fully heated throughout all, gas and electric charges are included in your holiday price.

The caravan accomodates 8 people with: 1 double bedroom with wall heater, 22" TV with DVD/Freeview and PS2 with games; 1 twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together to make a double) with under bed heater, 22" TV with DVD/Freeview; 1 twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together to make a double) with wall heater, a portable TV and DVD player; and a double pull out bed in the living area. Duvets, pillows, and all bedding are provided.

Fully fitted shower room with spacious shower, hand basin and toilet and also a seperate toilet with hand basin. This private caravan is well presented and maintained by the owners to include everything you need for a relaxed self catering holiday. In line with Kiln Park policies we do not except all male or female group bookings but welcome enquiries from families and couples. We respectfully request no pets are allowed in the caravan. A £50 refundable deposit is required at time of booking in case of any damages/breakages returned once inventery is checked after you have vacated the caravan.
