My privately owned caravan consists of three bedrooms; one spacious double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with single beds. The double bedroom consists of overbed shelves, wardrobe, dressing table, coat hooks, electric panel heater and duvet and pillows. The first twin bedroom consists of two beds, wardrobe and electric panel heater. The third bedroom is larger and consists of two beds, wardrobe, electric panel heater and duvet and pillows. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and gas hob and oven/grill. The lounge consists of a large seating area, table, gas fire and 26" TV/DVD combi with a small selection of kids dvds. There are nets for privacy and a carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm for safety. The bathroom contains a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and electric panel heater with towel rail.
Please remember to bring your own linen and towels as these are not provided.
The caravan is situated close to all facilities, especially the shop, park and outdoor heated pool. The entertainment complex is 5 minutes walk away. The car park is also very close to the caravan so not far to walk with your luggage.
One week rentals in the school summer holidays cost £450 and weekend breaks off peak start from as little as £120.

A deposit of £50 (non refundable) secures your holiday and full payment must be received within six weeks of the start date of your holiday. Payment can be made via cheque or instant bank transfer.
A £40 bond (refundable) is required to cover damages and will be returned once the inventory has been checked.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PARK PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE BUT FORMS AND DETAILS OF PRICES CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE. ONE PARK PASS WILL BE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE FOR WEEKLY RENTALS DURING THE SUMMER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ONLY. THIS WILL GIVE THE WHOLE FAMILY ACCESS TO THE COMPLEX.
