I am now retired but Martin still works in the Oil & Gas industry. We have two married daughters.

You will not find a better priced and better located luxury Platinum + high grade privately owned and managed rental caravan anywhere on Waterside Holiday Park. We have upgraded Sea View to a brand new 2012 model for the forthcoming 2012 season.

As private owners we maintain and clean our homes to the highest possible standards.
Our fantastic uninterrupted coastal Sea Views will take your breathe away!

The gated decking area is ideal if you have young children or want to bring one well behaved pet on holiday with you.

Outside Deck
Sea View has a large raised non slip decking area so that you can take full advantage of our fantastic and far reaching coastal views!

Easy access onto our decking is by steps.
Our deck is the place to chill out and relax after a long day of local sightseeing.
Maybe you just want to just relax all day long and let the world sail by!

Lounge-Dining-Kitchen
Sea View has an open plan lounge-dining area and has seating for six persons. A Free View TV and DVD player, fridge, microwave, kettle, iron, toaster are all supplied to make your stay special. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will ever need to prepare a snack or a feast!

Bedrooms-Bathrooms
The master bedroom has a double sized bed and direct access to the main bathroom. There is plenty of storage space which includes a double fitted wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two single beds and plenty of storage space too.

We supply a full inventory of bedding for up to six persons including duvets and pillows. Please supply your own linen, to include towels toiletries, and bed linen. We can on request supply a full bed linen service.

In addition to our two bedrooms we also have a large pullout double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests. We can sleep up to a maximin of six guests in total.

Our spacious main bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet with twin door access.

Utilities
Sea View has a mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chiller days you also have the added benefit of a feature lounge gas fire and blown air heating to the bedrooms and toilet areas.

Waterside Amenities
Also provided Free of charge are park entertainment passes for all our guests. Nightly entertainment shows change nightly and run from March to October each season.

Sea View Booking Notes
Sea View is easily accessed by steps.
The deck is gated and secure with adjacent car parking nearby.
We allow only one well behaved & house trained pet in our holiday home.
We personally clean & manage our caravan to professional standards.

Booking Information
1. Booking deposit is calculated at 20% of the total rental cost.
2. Final balance payable two months before your holiday arrival date.
3. We accept payment by: Cheque, P.O. Order, Bank Transfer & Pay pal.
4. A fully refundable £100 security Bond will apply to all bookings.
5. We are Pet Friendly. We make an extra charge for all pet bookings.
6. On request we can quote for half board/breakfast only meal options.

Ocean View/Lyme Bay View Our Sister Premium Grade Waterside Caravans

Please note that we also own two other Waterside premium grade caravans again enjoying the same coastal views. Ocean View and Lyme Bay View offers our guests enhanced levels of accommodation. We can now offer accommodation for up to 18 persons in total when booking all three caravans. Ideal if you would like to bring your extended family or friends on holiday.
