Accommodation
Ocean View is a platinum grade holiday home located on an elevated terraced with its own private approach pathway.

Enjoy our breath taking coastal sea views of the beautiful Devon English Riviera coastline. You will not want to leave our holiday home at the end of your stay with us!

You will not find a better sited Platinum Grade holiday home on Waterside which enjoys the same coastal sea views as our home.

We are not the cheapest caravan but we are the best!

Outside Deck Area
Ocean View has a new custom-built raised non slip decking area so that you can take full advantage of our fantastic and unique coastal views!

Our elevated deck is THE place to chill out and relax from the strains of to-days modern living. We have patio seating for six, along with a table and sun parasol.

Enjoy the spectacular sea views, the passing steam trains and take in the fresh sea air.

Maybe you just want to relax with a good book and a glass of wine and let world sail by!

Due to our Holiday Home unique location our guests enjoy peace and quiet at all times.

Fact: Some of our past guests re-book with us each season.

Do not forget to bring your binoculars!

Lounge-Dining-Kitchen
We have recently up graded our holiday home with a top of the range Willerby Aspen Platinum Residential Grade model.

Ocean View is fully furnished and fully equipped following a seaside nautical theme. Our guests now enjoy the full benefits of double glazing, gas central heating, en-suite bedroom, power shower and luxury living!

Ocean View has open plan lounge-dining area has seating for six persons. Electrical Equipment includes a Free View 32"LCD HD TV, Blue-Ray DVD player, Radio and Weather Station to make your stay special.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will ever need to prepare a snack or a feast!

We also supply a complementary beverage tray with tea, coffee and milk, so you can enjoy a cup of tea on your arrival.

Bedrooms-Bathrooms
The master bedroom; has a king sized bed topped in memory foam. Leading off the master is an en-suite bathroom.
We have also added a second Free View television to the master bedroom.

The second bedroom; has two single beds and access to a second bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe storage space.

In addition we also have a large pullout double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests. We can sleep up to six persons in well-appointed plush surroundings.

Our main bathroom has a large walk in power shower cubicle.

Utilities
Ocean View has a mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chiller days we have the added benefit of full gas central heating.

Further facilities include free constant hot water, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster,kettle,iron and ironing board.

We supply a full inventory of bedding for up to six persons including quilts and pillows. Please supply your own linen, to include towels toiletries, and bed linen.

Booking Notes.
Please note that our caravan is not suitable for wheel chair users due to the steps which lead up to our home from the parking area.

Please enquire if you would like to bring your pet on holiday with you.

Booking Terms.
1. Booking deposit is calculated at 20% of total rental cost.

2. Final balance payable two months before your holiday arrival date.

3. We accept payment by: Cheque, P.O. Order, Bank Transfer and Pay pal.

4. A fully refundable £100 security deposit will apply to all bookings.

5. We are a Pet Friendly caravan. We make a small extra charge for pet bookings.

6. On request we can quote for half board/breakfast only meal options.

7. We personally clean and manage our caravan to professional standards.

Sea View + Lyme Bay View on Waterside

Sea View and Lyme Bay View are our slightly smaller Willerby New Hampton Platinum rental caravans on Waterside. Both are new 2012 models for the forthcoming 2012 season.

These caravans are located on level choice plots with step access and with the same fantastic coastal views. It is now possible to double or triple book these caravans for larger family groups or friends.

Waterside Entertainment

We also provide FREE of charge park entertainment passes for our all our guests. Nightly entertainment shows change nightly and run from March to October each season.
