Accommodation
Ringwood is a high specification platinum holiday home located on a quiet private site but still only a few minutes walk from the fantastic holiday seaside resort of Dawlish Warren.

Lounge-Dining-Kitchen
Ringwood is fully furnished and fully equipped for your stay. All guests will enjoy the full benefit of double glazing, gas central heating, gas fire, en-suite double bedroom, twin bedroom and, power shower.
Our caravan has an open plan lounge-dining area and has seating for six persons. Equipment includes a Free View LCDTV/ DVD player and a radio.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you will ever need to prepare a small snack or a feast!
If you do not want to do any home cooking there are many eating establishments located a short walk away.
Bedrooms-Bathrooms
Ringwood’s master bedroom; has a double sized bed and fitted wardrobes. Leading off the master is an en-suite bathroom with toilet and wash basin.
The main bathroom has a large walk in power shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.
Ringwood’s second bedroom has two single beds built in wardrobes and access to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have the added luxury of large wardrobe storage space.
In addition there is a large pullout double bed in the lounge area which sleeps a further two guests. We can sleep up to six persons in plush surroundings.
Outside Deck Area
Ringwood has a very large custom-built raised decking area so that you can take full advantage of the lovely surroundings.
The deck area is the place to chill out and relax from the strains of today’s modern living.
Maybe you just want to relax with a good book and a glass of wine and let the world pass by!
We provide patio seating for six, along with a table and sun parasol.
Due to our Holiday Home’s unique location our guests will enjoy plenty of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Dawlish Warren and its holiday atmosphere which is a few minutes’ walk away.
Utilities
Ringwood has a mains supply for electricity, gas and water. For those chillier days we have the added benefit of full gas central heating, so you can enjoy your stay all year.
Facilities include constant hot water, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle.
We supply a full inventory of bedding for up to six persons including quilts and pillows. Please supply your own linen, to include towels toiletries, and bed linen.
Booking Notes.
Booking Deposit is calculated at 20% of the Total Rental Cost.
Final balance payable Eight Weeks before your holiday arrival date.
We accept payment by: Cheque, P.O. Order, Credit Cards via Paypal.
A fully refundable £100 security bond will apply to all bookings.
We do not accept stage or part payments for deposits or full payment.
RINGWOOD-WARREN POINT-DAWLISH WARREN-DEVON
Ringwood is located on Warren Point which is part of the Oakcliff Holiday Park estate is situated in an 8 acre park laid out in lawns and parkland around an elegant Georgian house which has the David Bellamy Gold Award for its environmental qualities. The park also holds the Four Star "Excellent" Awards from the English Tourism Council for the high standard of the park facilities.
Warren Point is situated adjacent to Oakcliff Park.
Ringwood is situated on the exclusive Warren Point owner’s area of Oakcliff Holiday Park. It offers high quality holiday accommodation set within peaceful and tranquil surroundings. The caravan benefits from a large decking area and has a private parking space.
Ringwood is situated in a prime location at Devon's premier holiday resort of Dawlish Warren, just 600 yards from the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach, sand dunes and 500 acre nature reserve.
For anyone interested in nature, Warren Point is frequented by many species of local birds including Woodpeckers and colourful Finches.
Staying at Warren Point would give you full access to Oakcliff Holiday Park and Lady’s Mile Holiday Park. Please note Lady mile is located a short distance from Ringwood.
