It is a very popular resort well known for it's three miles of Sandy Beach and is packed with accomodation options from B&B's, hotels and caravan sites. There's no shortage of places to eat with pubs and restaurants as well as small local shops and a co-operative superstore. It's easily accessible from the main A30 cornwall road and in terms of public transport there are buses from other local towns with the nearest train station just 10-15 minutes drive away.
