The Caravan, situated on a Terrace with Magnificent Views of the Sea, Chisel Bank, Fleet Lagoon and Littlesea Holiday Park. You will love coming back to the caravan to relax with a glass of wine or cold beer after a day at the beach or before enjoying the Evenings Entertainment on site.

The mobile home is fully central heated and double glazed throughout so it is cozy and warm even if you stay in early March or late October.

There is a Shower room and the toilet is in a separate room which is very useful with a family.

We have 2 twin rooms (no bunk beds)

1 Master double bedroom

1 pull out double bed in the front room

Plenty of storage space and wardrobes.

We provide Duvets and duvet covers with pillow cases (please note you will need to bring your own sheets, towels and teatowels etc).

The caravan has a Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster and gas cooker.

The Dining area with extending table and chairs is next to the French Patio Doors with a wonderful view as you eat your breakfast or evening meal.

There is an extremely comfortable lounge with cushions and ornaments to make you feel really at home and even a fire place with electric fire although with the central heating it is rarely used.

We provide books and games for You and Your Children to enjoy and we have a TV-DVD with teletext and digi box and we also provide some CD’s - DVD’s for your enjoyment during your stay.

There is a Garden Table and Chairs if you wish to sit outside and eat al fresco or just enjoy the view and a peaceful moment or two.

Gas and Electricity is provided free of charge.

There is a parking space provided just below the terrace and there is a sloping path leading up to the terrace. (This may not be suitable for persons with Mobility problems).

It is suitable for pushchairs.
