This caravan is situated close to all amenities, the swimming pool, reception, shop, children's play area & just a 2 minute walk from the entertainment complex. Passes for the complex are available to purchase from reception on arrival.

This caravan is fully double glazed & has central heating throughout to add extra comfort to your holiday, particularly during the Autumn & Winter months.

A spacious modern lounge with comfortable seating & dining area, tv & dvd player & free sat tv

A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, grill & hob.

It is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, pots & pans & everything you will need for your stay. Including iron & ironing board, sandwich toaster etc

The shower room has a large shower& wash hand basin & a seperate wc.

The master bedroom has a double bed,wardrobe & ample storage space above the bed.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 have 2 single beds, overhead storage & wardrobe space.
There is an additional pull out bed in the lounge area.

A fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector & smoke alarm are all fitted for your safety.

A patio area where table & chairs are provided is a lovely area to relax in & enjoy the sunshine.

There is ample parking as there are 2 large car parks very close to the caravan.

All duvets & pillows are provided but please remember to bring sheets, duvets covers, pillow cases, towels & t.towels as these are not provided.

Free gas & electricity is included.

We are sorry but there are no pets allowed in any of our caravans & we also adopt a no smoking policy to conform with park rules for holiday lettings
